These terms and conditions (the “T&C”) are intended to make you familiar with your legal rights and obligations with respect to your access to and use of the Eastri website (the “Site”) and any related mobile or software applications (“Eastri Platform”). These T&C are effective for all existing and future Eastri customers. By accessing or using the Eastri Platform, you agree to these T&C and conclude a legally binding contract with Eastri.
Eastri reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Continued usage of the Platform is acceptance of the updated terms.
1. “Customer”, “You”, “Your” refers to you, as a customer using the Services.
2. “Content” refers to reviews, images, photos, videos, location data, etc.
3. “Customer Content” means content you upload, share or transmit through the Platform.
4. “Eastri Content” means content created by Eastri including designs, interfaces, features, etc.
5. “Third Party Content” means content from parties other than Eastri.
Eastri facilitates pickup and delivery of garments through registered Istri walas, along with online tracking, secure payment options, ratings, and real-time updates.
Eastri acts solely as a facilitator and does not directly handle garment ironing.
Service availability depends on location and partner availability.
To use the Services, customers must register with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Eastri provides ironing-at-doorstep services through local Istri walas. The company may modify, suspend, or discontinue services without prior notice.

Users agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited actions include hacking, harassment, illegal activities, etc.
Prices, taxes, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are shown during booking. Payments made via the Platform go directly to Istri walas.
Your data is collected, stored, and processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Eastri may retain data for operational, legal, financial, and audit purposes according to retention rules.
All content, trademarks, and software belong to Eastri. Users receive a limited, personal-use license only.
Eastri is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or service delays due to external factors.
Customers may cancel before pickup. Refunds (if applicable) take 7–10 business days. No refunds after pickup unless due to Eastri system errors or exceptional cases.
Eastri’s liability is limited to 5x the service charge or ₹1000 per garment, whichever is lower.
The app and services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
