SERVICE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

PLEASE READ THESE CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS CAREFULLY. BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE SERVICES THROUGH THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE BELOW CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS.

Eastri Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), having its office at 811, Rajhans helix 3, Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400077, India, owns and operates the website https://eastri.com (the “Platform”). This Cancellation and Refund Policy form a part of the Terms of Use and is a legally binding agreement between you (the user accessing or availing the Services, hereinafter referred to as “User” or “you”) and the Company.

Please ensure that you also read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use as they, together with this Cancellation and Refund Policy, constitute the complete Agreement between you and the Company.

1. APPLICABILITY AND AMENDMENT

The Company facilitates Helping Services through trained Experts on an on-demand basis. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to any Fee paid/payable for availing these Services. Your payment signifies acceptance of this Policy.

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time. Continued use of Services means acceptance of the updated Policy.

2. Terms of Cancellation

2.1 You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled slot without charges.

2.2 Cancellations after that period will incur 100% cancellation fee.

2.3 Valid cancellations under 2.1 allow you to request:

  • (i) Refund to original payment method or Eastri wallet
  • (ii) Rescheduling for the same service

2.4 If paid in cash and cancelled after Expert arrival, 100% fee will remain payable.

2.5 Eastri may cancel bookings if:

  • a. Invalid address provided
  • b. Booking made by competitor or affiliate

3. Terms of Refund

3.1 Fees are non-refundable except under conditions stated here.

3.2 Refunds may be considered only if:

  • (i) Expert no-show or service not delivered
  • (iii) Dissatisfaction caused due to Expert error

3.3 No refunds for ironing packages, coupons, offers, or memberships.

3.4 No refund if customer is unavailable at location after Expert arrives.

3.5 Refund eligibility includes double/extra payment cases verified through records.

3.6 Eastri may offer:

  • Free or discounted service
  • Full/partial refund

3.7 Refunds are processed within 7 business days to original payment mode.
